What data we collect
When you fill in the appointment request form, we collect your full name, phone number and email address, the area of concern and the message you send us. Your message may contain health data, which we process only with your explicit consent.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to contact you and arrange your appointment. The legal basis is your explicit consent (Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Retention and security
Requests submitted through the form are stored securely on the website and forwarded to the practice. They are kept only for as long as necessary for their purpose, unless a legal obligation to keep medical records applies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the practice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Third-party services
