  • He took part in the research project “Application of Intelligent Agents in Medical Education”. His role in the project was as the key link in the structured organisation and management of the medical information incorporated into the educational software for Anatomy, Kinesiology and Orthopaedics of the upper limbs.

Contribution to doctoral theses

  • I collaborated on the doctoral theses of: Petros Giannadakis, orthopaedic surgeon, on research into the application of the Ilizarov method in orthopaedic conditions and the use of ultrasound in monitoring new bone formation in bone lengthening; and Pandora Kosti, radiologist, Consultant (Grade B) at the University Hospital of Patras, on research into the application of three-dimensional computed tomography in assessing fracture healing.
  • I also collaborated with Stamatis Paraschou, orthopaedic surgeon, on his doctoral thesis on the application of dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry in monitoring new bone formation in long bone lengthening.
